    its nokia

    i believe it is club nokia. if you own a nokia phone and it comes up subscribe to club nokia, it sends and recieves text messeges, giving you "tips" on how to use your phone.
    it charged me 27p. not much, but irritating, because it comes up everytime you turn the phone off until you subscribe. theres no hide forever button either.
