Guitar tuner not working

My guitar tuner is not responding for no apparent reason. It is a KORG GA-20. I have tried replacing the batteries but to no effect. Any idea what I can do next?

    Take it back to where it was bought? Otherwise it may have just run its course...?

    presuming your cables, pick ups and electronics are all in working order; take it back.

    then buy a Boss Stomp Box Tuner (think it's the TU2, but not sure)

    Actually I've just thought of a reason why it may not be working (volume not turned loud enough on guitar. This has happened before!). However if I find that this is not the case I will consider your suggestions. :thumb:
