shaving rash

when i shave my legs be it in or out the shower with shacing foam or shampoo i always get these red dots on my legs

does anyone know how to avoid these as they look really ugly

    Is your blade sharp enough? Could be razor burn. Or maybe a color/scent in the shaving cream is irritating you. Try a gel or cream for shaving too, foams are crap.

    i get this on my face (im male)

    i find if i shave and then go and have a shower and scrub my face, the rash goes away

    so, my tip.. exfoliate straight after ;)
