Mission - sort my hair out!

So this is what I look like now, and I'm itching for a change - I'd like to dye or cut my hair (or both) to make it a bit more edgy and interesting but I have no idea what would work!

Any ideas? STYLE ME! :)

    I think you should... braid it, but I would say that.

    Ha - I've got some hair for braiding - two shades of blonde plus turquoise and purple. REALLY wanted to do it earlier this year but my boyfriend cringes every time I bring it up. Maybe it'll be my "screw you" post-break-up-hair-change....
