Subway/Micowave Question

Ok I have half a foot of Subway in the fridge, I would like to mic it to warm it up, but it has been microwaved in the shop already.

Is it safe to mic it again??

    yeah i would, although id put t in the oven not the microwave cos the microwave makes bread chewy
