Just after a bit of info on drugs and alcohol testing really,

can they tell whether its male for female urine? and how long does weed take to clear your system?

Yes, the can tell whether its male/female.
Depends on whether your a regular user or not.

You might want to take a look at our factsheet on drug testing at work, it gives you an overview of how the testing is done and the possible time it takes to leave the system.

Heavy cannabis use can apparently show up 50+ days later (eek)

Not sure why you're asking the question but you might find Release can help, especially around work place drug testing, you rights when asked to take a test, etc

a colleague of mine's husband got fired for failing a drugs test at work due to cannabis smoking, he didnt smoke it regularly and was nearly a week after his last joint, he was a bus driver, not anymore.
