Bruising

Okay tonight i fell over and hit my cheek off a wall (and i was sober) but now i'm worried about it bruising, anything i can do to perhaps stop it from coming up as a bruise?

Ice, although might be a bit late now.

well it hasn't bruised which is lucky, however its still pretty sore today which is a bit of a pain
