i am considering getting into yoga because i think it is relaxing and something that can build or maintain tone

do you guys have any tips, websites, books, for a guy who wants to try it out in his own space and time?

i'm not a big fan of gyms and weights, but i like to run and swim. i would like to be healthy and toned instead of muscular...

is yoga a worthwhile exercise for men in general? is it high-impact enough i mean, to have any noticable effect? thanks in advance!
