weird nostril

I've had a cold recently (still have it) and now one nostril is smaller than the other. This has just happened recently because I can actually feel that it's thinner than the other one and you can kinda see the cartilage if you look from under. Does anyone know why this has happened? Tried googling it but just came up with nose piercings. Ohh and I dont do cocaine :grump:
