Cream Cheese

...is a cheese (obviously) but I've never really thought of it as one. I always thought of it as more of a condiment.

    I don't think of it as cheese either. Mainly because its all desert related (because vegi, onion and all those other nasty non sweet ones are wrong) And cheese cake is definatly not considered cheese!

    well it's not very cheese... it's more creamy and i think of it when i eat bagels so its more of a spread to me...
