Im considering applying for the marines. does anyone know any websites that would give me information on the kind of excercise I should be doing?

I want to try for the marines.Iv done a bit fo running but cant keep disciplined enough to go when Im knackered though!!!
But yeah,press ups,sit ups,pull ups and run like the wind bullseye!!!!!!!

I already run six miles with boots on so im doing not bad, my gf wasnt very happy with me telling her but she sais she will support me and my mum is all for it haha
