    Hang the fuckers who traffic them, basically. And start punishing the men who use prostitues, like they do in Sweden, rather than the prostitutes themselves.

    Oh, and don't deport them back to Albania, where they will be caught and beaten once again by the all-knowing mafia.

    It depends on the type of prostitution, in terms of the street walker type decent drug services and prescribing heroin would go a long way to reducing their need to do it.

    As for the trafficed and then abused sort - charge the people responsible with rape x however many times the woman has been used - they are just as responsible as the punter who does it knowing she doesnt consent.
