Purple pepper

I bought a purple pepper in Sainsbury's today!

What do I do with it? Is it like a regular pepper?

no idea, never heard of it. We could update peter piper to penny piper picking a peck of purple pepper though.

Yeah it'll be fine lol, you can buy Rainbow pepper corns too mixed all different types

Obviously it will taste a bit different but give it a go

It's nt a pepper corn, it's a actual pepper! Like a green pepper but purple.

I grilled it, it was good.

I was in Czech reoublic recently and they sold purple bell peppers in the supermarket there. Not seen them here - maybe they'll start selling them. was it more expensive than a normal coloured pepper?

Well on the shelf it was 11p more expensive than a red or green pepper but when I got to the check-out the girl just put it through as a green one so it was the same price
