Do I Take It Or Not?

I missed one of my pills a couple of weeks ago and didn't realise until it was time to take the next one. I wasn't sure if you could take two at once so just left it there. I took my last pill today but I'm left with the one I missed so I'm unsure if I take that pill tomorrow or just leave it. Any ideas?

    I wouldn't bother but if you fancy shifting your period/7day break by a day then you can.

    As long as it's been over 7days since you missed it you can just leave it.

    It's probably best to leave it and just take the others as normal, as it was so long ago. The main issue is that you won't have been covered for contraception for seven days after you missed the pill.
