I need to see a doctor today

However, i moved to the area recentlyand am not registered. Is it possible to register and get an appointment in the same day?

I cant even get through to them at the moment, they are closed.

If i cant get an appointment today i dont know what i'll do :(

Do you have a walk-in clinic near by?

I had to sulk/strop to get an urgent appointment when I wasn't registered.

Worth trying, and if there's more than one surgery that you could get to, try all of them.

If you don't get anywhere try a Walk in Centre, while they are staffed by nurses they can arrange for you to see a doctor if needed. You might also get lucky on NHS Direct being useful, they should be able to tell you how to see a doctor.
