knee pain

It started this morning, I stood up to get dressed and I heard a really loud crack and my knee really hurts.

What should I do?

That was probably your bones clicking, which is nothing to worry about. Mine do it all the time and they do sometimes hurt.

That happens from time to time but in this instance it hurts to move my leg around or put weight on it.
