How Fucking Crap!!!!!

So i just spent the better part of this evening choosing needles, wool and stuff so that i can finally learn to knit and to do something which will keep me busy....and guess what!!!! I went to charge it to my credit card and i cant afford it.

So i call the bank to check how much i've used and i am 5 fucking quid short of the amount i need for the order.

This is why i tell the hubby to give me a more considerate limit!!!! (but he wont) :(

    no....be a bit more sympathetic. I've transferred the money over...but because i did it after midnight it wont go through until midnight tomorrow.

    God you people really don't seem to understand why im pissed off....im pissed off because i have to make big orders on things to make it worthwhile with the cost of shipping....so on a overall order of 100 or 200quid yes i will get pissed off over 5 fucking quid. If you dont like it dont read or reply to the thread.

    i hate when that happens, when you suddenly feel productive and something goes wrong so you can't do anything. so i sympathise! and knitting is hard, i have some wool and needles but i'm in need of an old biddy to tutor me.

    loads of people have recommended the stitch n bitch book and said its really good...i was also going to get that but i guess im going to have to wait :p

    And lipsy, thanks...but it didnt sound like that and my good mood has just been ruined by said annoyance so yeh.

    yeah i've heard of it..i think someone also linked a good website a while ago..the knitting is on hold for the origami i think

    I feel your pain. I bought a book and didn't read properly and clicked ok to use the card to an account I didn't know I had, which happened to be about $5 short of the total too. You get my sympathy ;) Plus it involved knitting so its alright and I'm a new knitter fanatic :p

    I don't think being indifferent is being mean.

    You could also use the argument that someone spending someone else's money doesn't really have the right to complain when they run out.

    Though I do know what it's like not having enough money on my card, had something like £9.60 once and wanted it for my night out. Cunt knowing you're so close to a tenner to take out of the atm but can't get to it! :o

    Indifferent just means I feel nothing positive nor negative. It's merely a story of how someone didn't have sufficient funds in their account to allow a transaction to take place. I don't mean any harm.
