Me and my girlfriend were fooling around and before she gave me oral sex i wiped of the pre com with my hand and then wiped it on the sheets. Then during the time we were together i was fingering her and wanted to know is there a chance for her to get pregnant even when i wiped it off my hands.

Unlikely if you wiped it off. You should always use a condom when fooling around though to stop scares like this and protect yourself from any STDs/pregnancy if things started to get out of control:)
