My back, shoulders and the top of my arms are sunburnt, and I'm about to have a bath. Is there anyway to ease the pain?! :nervous:

    Make sure the water isn't too hot or too cold?

    Make sure the water is tepid. Dont soak the affected areas or use any soaps/shower gels on them. Pat your self dry and then apply either after sun/camoline lotion or a light natural moisteriser to the area sparingly.

    I've burnt myself about three times this so far year. Not fun.

    Take some paracetamol an hour beforehand .. its pain killer after all .. and it works. :yes:
