Ive finally been given a diagnoses and have been given a prescription for cipralex I just wondered if anyone has had this before and what it was, well, like i guess.

    I took Cipralex for about 6 months a couple of years ago. I didnt find it particularly effective for me and switched to a different drug. On the plus side the i only had minimal side effects(a little anxiety) starting and stopping it.
    Its becoming quite popular now as it is a newer version of (one of) the most common anti-depressant citalopram. You only need half the dose and therefore less side effects.
    Everyones different.
