    TBH Most places that sell them will stock non-latex.

    Bigger Boots stores, big pharmacies, biggger branches of Superdrug (you get the drift).

    Durex Avanti, Passante Unique and Trojan Supra are the brands.

    You may struggle with getting them from Family planning, from my experience they don't tend to have them. They are heading for being twice the price of the latex variety so once you've found one that suits I'd buy them online.
