Free graphics programmes

okay so I used to have paint shop pro and i loved it but now i dont. I need a simple-ish graphics programme that i can use for freeee thats better than paint! all i basically want to do is crop a picture, and take the red eye out of it.

can anyone help :(

    Isn't PSP easy enough to use just for cropping stuff?
    I use it all the time, red eye removal and cropping is about the only thing I can do properly on it lol.

    sorry, i think i was a bit tipsy when I wrote this post haha. I meant I don't have it anymore, not that I don't love it anymore.

    I've tried downloading the free trial but it wont let me have it anymore :(

    Just change the date on your PC whenever you want to use it, put it back tom the date when you were able to use it. ;)
