another question about the pill! sorry!

i have missed a pill (im on cilest) on the night before i take my last pill before my break. i have read what it says here:

and it says its alright for me to take tonights then go on my break as normal.
But looking at the NHS direct sight it says if i miss a pill in my last seven days i should run on to my next packet with no break. I really dont want to do that!
Will i be ok with what it says in the above link?

Just take the pill tonight and then go on your break.

If however, you do have sex, just to be sure use extra protection

You should be okay if you start your pill break now, and remember to start your next set of pills a day early. Still use condoms for the break to be on the safe side though.
