'Beer Belly' and Holiday

Weight has never been an issue to me, mainly because I'm not in the least bit fat.

However, recently I've noticed that I'm beginning to develop what looks like a bit of a beer belly, and this is not what I want as I'm going on holiday to Kavos in a month!

Anyone got any tips for toning up stomachs a bit, in a short space of time?

    Sit ups won't get rid of any fat, but it will work the muscles underneath.

    Get some HIIT training done - that is about the quickest way to burn fat, and get's you race-horse fit for some marathon random shagging whilst you're away ;)
