Ooh this is too hard! Either mozzarella, feta, camembert or good ol' mature cheddar!
    Mozzarella is tastier abroad though.

Halloumi is the BEST. Have you ever done it on a barbeque? I thought it would be a bit melty but it worked well :yum:

I like various forms of processed cheese product including powder, singles and squeeze. On occasion, pre shredded chedder from a baggie. ;)

But I do like munster and provolone, swiss, goat and brie. In fact, I love pretty much every cheese I've ever tried. Except blue cheese. That's messed up. Though I havn't tried too many cheeses outside the most common pieces at the deli and some stuff in french class :p I am going to have to try your halloumi, KHSS.

barbequed halloumi is :yum: and halloumi kebabs!

Im pretty basic about cheese. I hate all that mouldy stuff.
I love port salut and the best cheddar is "seriously strong" cheddar.

Either good old mature cheddar, or brie, when it's at room temperature and is still a bit runny in the middle on crusty french bread :yum:

*runs and adds brie to shopping list*

Too many to mention, but i'll have a stab.

For going on top of things like lasagne, cauliflower cheese etc Parmesan Reggiano.

For sauces it's got to be Gruyere or sometimes Cheddar.

In some nice, proper crusty bread Brie, Camembert or some good, strong, sharp old fashioned cheddar.

For crackers French roulle or that one with wet walnuts which i can't remember the name of.

Wendslydale or Caerphilly with fruit or just to eat.

Goat's cheese is nice in cooking. Makes fab souffles and those pastry tarts that begin with a G and can't remember :p

I quite like goats cheese in cooking. My fave is mature cheddar, but halloumi is a barbecue must have ingredient.
