    well, considering he had £5 to bet with, he wins a quid and runs off to the bank to take out £60 because it was a "good day" and looses it, which means he has no money himself and has to pay back 60+ pounds to the bank. hes doing more than kicking himself.

    well if you have other cash lying around then no, its not much but if you are a broke arsehole like me who only has £20 then its alot if you can't afford it.

    I wouldn't play roulette for a start.

    I only ever gamble if I'm playing poker and there's a skill involved in that or when I'm pissed and there's a fruit machine about, that's another waste of money.

    A fiver maybe...if I win I walk away, simple as. Some people just can't, end winning £40 quid and losing it at one go.

    Its ok hun, i work in an office which is inside a massive arcade and i see people who are in here from 10am- closing. It's mad they have good days where they win up to a grand and some where they bring in a couple hundred and lose it all.

    You say 'most guys go in with tenner and leave with £200+' well thats obviously not true or all casinos would be bankrupt wouldnt they.

    Yeah, it was kind of stupid, I was originally gonna bet with a fiver but I got a little out of hand (as you do).

    :lol: True say mate! Best bet (no pun intended) is if you're going to gamble, just take out what you can afford to lose, that way its harder for things to get out of hand and you're less likely to leave so brassic
