    Yes, although they do tend to happen about the same time, either can occur without the other.

    They are seperate things but normally happen together. penises can be trained over time to have the two seperated apparantly

    Both can happen sepereatly. One ex used to have an orgasm and not ejculate while I've slept with guys that have shot a load and not orgasmed. Depends on a lot of factors.

    A cumless orgasm is known as "shooting blanks". It's never happened to me but I have heard of others talking about it - especially when they were younger.

Reproductive biology was afew years ago now, but I think the usual reason for this is that your load ends up in your bladder, but could also be because the postrate gland fails to add the white stuff.
