'Burnt' skin around eye

I used an eye cream under my eyes the other week and since then the skin under one eye has gone red and inflammed looking. I have not used make up or other products on it since but it does not seem to be getting better. Can anyone recommend something that I can use on it? It is really irritating and itchy too.

    I'd say to use an emulsifing cream, aqeous cream or one like E45. They're really good for things like rashes and eczema, so should be okay for that. Plus they're hypoallergenic, so no chance of inflamming it anymore
