I know this might sound kinda stupid but should the expiry date on coca cola be taken really seriously?
Only asking because A) they probably add lots of preservatives anyway and
because of what happened yesterday.
me and a mate were walking home from lunch when I see 2 cases of coke (2, 24 cases of coke) just sitting there and thought "thank fuck I needed a coke" so me and a mate get ready to bolt with a case each but then I said no one would leave perfectly good coke out so there must be something wrong with it so we decide to take a taste test. when he opened it though it was more cloudy and when I tasted it it tasted earthy. so we decided not to take it. we checked the expiry date and it said 05/06 but it had 2 rows so we weren't sure.

Lucky I made my mate taste it first. when I tasted it though, I felt dizzy, im glad we left it.

but just thought it best that you dont drink it!
If it didn't taste funny, I would have totally taken it. I just thought it was my lucky day.
Seriously though. I wouldn't drink it, its not worth it for 50p a can.
