Ok. Ive had a really crap day, and so at about 3 today i stupidly took around 50-60 paracetamol. I don't really know what i was thinking, as i know the liklihood of dying from it isnt that high unless i have liver failure, and that id just be really really ill.
So, a few hours later i was sick. Sicne then ive just slept. Dya think that cos i was sick il be ok now?

You need to get some medical attention ASAP.
I'm sorry to hear you've had such a shit day. but just because you were sick doesnt necessarily mean you'll be okay. You need to go to the hospital ASAP. honestly.
paracetamol can take upto 3 days to f**k up your insides and the longer you leave it without treatment the more damage is likely.
Ive done this once before, with a few less, and was ok. I couldnt walk or eat for about 4 days but i dont think i did any lasting damage.
If my body withstood it then, wouldnt it this time?
did you do with it with paracetamol before? or a different drug?
do you have any charcoal -if you do, eat it. it will help absorb it.

so because your scared of being told that it was stupid you're willing to put your life on the line for it. get over yourself, and get to hospital. they will treat you not judge you, and even if they do judge you, so the f**k what, you'll be alive at the end of it.
Don't do this to yourself, just go, go, go to A&E!
What's more important, what people think about you, or your organs fucking up for the rest of your life?
How was you afterwards? Did you go to a&e?
Its monday tommorrow so i might wait and go to the docs if i get worse. Im not too bad atm
If you've done it before it's an even greater reason to get help now because you probably damaged things last time.
Hey, i rang nhs direct and they advised me to go to a&e, but when i said i was reluctant she said to see my doc tommorrow. Hopefully he'll be able to help
I was thinking exactly the same thing.
Doing it again is only going to do MORE damage to your insides. It doesn't make your organs more resilliant, it weakens them further.
You may seem okay now, but the damage you've caused may be irreversible if you don't seek medical attention now.
I suggest you forget your pride and deal with the situation you've caused.
What would you rather? Keep your pride and end up in a coffin, or swallow your pride and let someone help you and you carry on breathing?
Just because you were ok last time doesn't mean you'll be ok now.
Why does it matter what the A&E staff think? They probably see loads of people like this every day.
It isnt just what they would have thought. its also explaining to my housemate why im going.
not only that but when my mum went in the crisis team and everyone else got involved and i don't need that
I know, but i don't need that. I have an appointment on wednesday for an assessment anyways, so i don't need them frilling me as well
2. no i didnt go to a&e and it was a stupid thing not to do as a couple of days later i became quite ill and could not stop being sick and there was some blood in it-straight after i did overdose i was ok though so it takes a fewe days especially paracetamol
3. if your having an assessment anyway your likely to give something away so you might aswell get help and live rather than be ill and possibly die when they'll find out anyway
4. we are not being harsh we care even if it feels like we're hassling you

I've been having a look round the net and it takes approximately 2 hours for paracetamol to be absorbed by your body, so i doubt you're 'being sick after a few hours' has done anything.
The antidote should ideally be administered withinn 12 hours, but can be helpful within 48, after that you'll be fucked. So you've got 2 options.
1. Swallow your pride and stop blabbing on about what other people think and go get some help
2. Die, quite horribly and painfully in a hospital bed as your liver fails.
Sorry to be blunt but your choices are limited.
So you dont want your mum getting involved but you're fine with her attending your funeral.
Get yourself sorted and do it before it's too late.
