i have recently got some sore bits round my mouth,what is it?

    I don't mean to mock but is this a serious question? What on earth would possess you to think that you had 'AIDS of the mouth'? Such a well known disease!!!

    ETA: Forgot to say that it could be anything ... allergy/cold sore (herpes)/spots/dry skin caused by a change in climate.
