Yeah, i kind of gave up on it for now as we're using the weights at home - Ben has rather a comprehensive collection of free weights, so it's considerably easier to do that than go to the gym! On the down side, it means that squats are truly out. I might give it a try when i feel a bit more 'centred' about it - i'm sure it's something to do with trunk support.
Do you find that men find it much easier? I think it's something in the way we're set up.
