Chest Pains

Had a heavy few days and nights weekend just gone. I woke up saturday morning with chest pains. When I breathe in deeply it hurts a bit and I can feel my heart thudding! It feels like its getting better, but will this go away completely?

Anyone else had symtoms like this?

    I get that after every night out, usually due to heavy smoking and drinking :D

    Does it feel like your out of breath just walking down a few stairs? Do you carry on smoking regardless?

    Yeah and it hurts when i breathe in. Like someones punched me. I get the same chest pains when i swim in swimming pools, and yeah i do carry on smoking.
