These people really piss me off. I make a payment of £46 every month to pay off an overdraft and I went to pay them today and the guy on the other end of the phone trys to get me to pay the whole amount which is now only about £160, so I say "No, I have an agreement that I am to pay of £46 each month". To which he replies "So would you like to make a payment of £160?" So I told him I'd only pay the 46 which I had agreed to and he said ok.
Great, but whats this? I'm not allowed to get someone else to make a payment in to my account? It has to be my card? Well I don't have my other new Abbey card so if Lloyds was the only account I had how the fuck am I sposed to pay them apart from walking in to the bank with cash?
