Cough

Ive got a cold and a cough. Im not actually coughing an awful lot but when i do its quite chesty. Whats bothering me though is that it hurts. Not junst when im coughing, or because ive coughed, but it just comes and goes to the point that it hurts to move. Right in the middle of my chest, between my boobs in fact and towards my back.

Chest infection?? Though i aint even coughing anything up.

    Have you pulled any muscles in that area recently?

    nope. it doesnt feel muscular, like around the ribs or anything its higher up.

    What kind of pain is it? I get something that sounds similar once in a while. A tightening, like someone is holding my ribs close to each other, from the inside. It feels closer to the front for me though.
    Not that I have any advice to offer if it's the same, I've not found any explanation either. It hasn't happened at the same time with a cough though.
