putting on weight with implant

i've put on 2 kilos within the first month of having the implant in, and i think i've now put on another 2 kilos in this month...and i'm getting worried!

i honestly don't think that i'm eating any extra, and i'm sure that i'm exercising more...so why am i putting on weight, and how the hell can i loose it! i needed to loose weight in the first place (not a lot, only a stone or so), but this is making my feel so much worse...

HELP!
