What stories did your parents tell you when you were little that you believed for ageees?
My mum told me that there were fairies who lived in the bumps at the top of street lights who turned the lights on every evening.
My dad told me that if I didn't step off the escalator when it got to the end, I would get sucked underneath it and go round again  I've been scared of escalators ever since!

When we went abroad I used to mess about pushing the seat back and forward, annoying the passengers, so the next year she told me the button was not the seat ejector and id be ejected out of the plane if I touched it. I didnt move a muscle!

Wouldn't mind but the wind was always changing-
I was told I was dropped in chocolate at birth, but then again that was my godfathers fault for going out with a racist woman. Shame she died
The usual, Santa, tooth fairy, face changing, rain being gods wee, but it was OK, because his wee was nice and clean unlike ours.
