    er hi. i know ive posted on here several times, but does ne1 one know what the reccommended weight is? i weighed myself on one of those machines in Boots, but it wouldn't tell me my recommended weight for my height coz im too young. grrr.

    Yeah, judging by your height and weight, I would say it was just about right. Ive done about height and weight at college (Body Mass Index) and that sounds just about right to me :)
