it’s like one minute people are fine with me and then the next there not or they completely ignore me :(

@River i know this won't change any of that, but how others act towards you doesn't define your worth. It doesn't mean you've done anything wrong. Some people just act differently sometimes, some people lash out at times too. Sometimes, they misdirect anger at others, and sometimes, people can just be unstable and randomly shift.
You didn't do anything to deserve being treated this way by them river, and you haven't done anything wrong.
someone has been lying to me as well, she says it’s to protect me that she’s not honest but it’s breaking my heart

@River i don't know what the lie is or whether it's true or not if it was to protect you, but trust is important, and having that broken is obviously going to be extremely hurtful. Have you been able to talk about it with them?
@Nathan i tell them and they say they will be honest then the next day it’s back to normal

@River if it's a repeating thing, and is happening multiple times despite talking, it really sounds like your not being treated with respect. It might be worth setting some boundaries regarding lying with them, about it being a red line.
I don’t know because I know she’s going through a lot at the moment but so am I and maybe that’s selfish idk but like tomorrow I’m not even gonna bother messaging anyone because I’m so done with everything

@River it's not selfish at all to have a break from things when your going through a lot yourself. It's like in the session sian ran about the 7 types of rest. One of them is social rest, which is about giving yourself some time to rest from socialising if you need it, to recharge your social battery, and to focus on what your going through yourself if that makes sense. it's okay to take some time for yourself.
