I think the wage issue is sorted so thats good
Smurfs (I feel like this should be quite obvious), Monsters University, Madagascar, Finding Nemo (not my favourite Pixar movie to be honest), Toy Story (Woody is a bit of twat and in the first one), Shrek, Toy Story 3, Monsters Inc and Toy Story 2 and Shrek 2 are tied because they're both practically perfect in everyway, no idea why I decided to quote Mary Poppins there.
