@LolaPumpkin13 This has caused you a lot of pain, it's completely understandable that you would be frustrated and angry. Are you willing to get in touch with someone (Shout / Papyrus / Samaritans) to help keep yourself safe tonight? Or to find something to help keep you safe?
nope because they don’t help I’m done
I just wanted to understand the thoughts that’s all I wanted to know so I can move on
but know one can tell me anything I’m done
when I just want to be happy again
Hey @LolaPumpkin13 I'm hearing how difficult this situation is for you, not understanding and not getting the answers you need. Do you think you are struggling most to understand why you felt that way in your realtionship or is the issue more not being able to put your feelings into words?

Thanks for sharing that @LolaPumpkin13 would you say these thoughts are out of your control? I'm wondering if they are thoughts that you feel are struggling to know where they came from or if they are triggered by anything?

I hear you @LolaPumpkin13 these thoughts never seem to leave which is making it harder for you to move on, if you feel comfortable sharing, would say they are worse when you have had interactions with others that may be triggering?
when I’m alone when I’m at work just everyday
The only way to get out of this is to take my life
@LolaPumpkin13 It makes sense you are experiencing the thoughts everyday, when alone and when at work, it must be so exhausting. When you mention taking your life, are you feeling safe right now? I'll check in directly via DM too, you're not alone in this.

Hey @LolaPumpkin13 would you say this sick feeling is brought on from your emotions or is it more physical? I imagine this must be debilitating. We're here to listen.

@LolaPumpkin13 it makes sense that your struggles with emotions could be affecting your physical health, I'm sorry to hear you are going through this, I'm sure it's hard to know what to do when it feels like your mind and body are agaisnt you. I had a search and found some breathing exercises that could be beneficial. Sometimes it's hard to look after your body and mind together, but this could be helpful.

That's completely understandable @LolaPumpkin13, it's normal to find it hard and scary when you're thinking about it more. I'm wondering whether you managed to try the breathing exercises that @Verity sent, and whether they were useful for helping you reduce the thoughts?
