may be quitting the mix

so because of things that have been happening or will be happening in the mix i may be quitting. im sorry to say this everyone, and i did say that i was going to use this website until i turn 26, however this is no longer the case. as to when ill be quitting ill probably quit at the end of january when the new age verification system comes out or when the pre-moderation system is implemented. ive been using this platform for two years (i know, its been that long) and i think its finally time to say goodbye.

    Shame to hear you leaving, I cannot exactly blame you though as this website is becoming an absolute joke. Hope to see you again on side by side when that times comes for you.

    ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

    Thanks for bringing this to my attention because I didn’t even notice the post about it. It just continues to get worse!
    I wonder how many people will be left by February 😞

We'll be here via DM to discuss options with you whenever you wish. I hope you're able to take lots of care of yourself this week and feel supported by those around you, as I appreciate this update has felt difficult.

    We'll miss you @toffuna101 I remember our chats about the Samsung A16 and you ended up getting a flagship phone which I hope you're enjoying but I understand why you want to leave. I respect your decision.

    @eylah @toffuna101 @AnonymousToe I’m really sorry to hear you’re thinking about leaving. I completely understand why since the recent and upcoming changes haven’t been great for a lot of us and it makes sense that they’d affect how you feel about staying. Even though I haven’t been here nearly as long as you have, I can still feel how different things are becoming, and I understand how discouraging that can be. It makes sense that you’d start questioning whether this place still feels worth staying in.

    I want you to know that your presence has mattered. You’ve been part of this community for a while and would have had many conversations, connections, memories and moments that shaped the space in ways you might not even realise. Even as someone who joined relatively newly, I’ve felt the impact of people like you who helped shape the atmosphere and made this space feel warm and kind. You’ve helped people feel welcome when they were new, understood when they were struggling, and valued when they felt invisible. You’ve left a mark here that won’t disappear.

    Thank you for all the understanding and care you have given to me and so many others and I will truly miss you. And if you do decide to leave, I just want you to know that I hope the choice brings you peace, comfort and ease. You deserve to move toward whatever feels healthiest and most supportive for you now. I hope that wherever you go next, you find spaces that appreciate you, welcome you and make you feel valued in the same way you’ve made many of us feel here. I’m wishing you nothing but good things moving forward because you absolutely deserve that.
