    I know im kinda jumping in on the convo here but I also feel what you feel actually. I find my brain just doesn't switch off when its bed time and I feel like Im meant to be nocturnal sometimes.

    Hey @Dancer , thanks so much for sharing. It sounds like your FND is feeling really hard and its so valid that there are moments where you just hate it. What's feeling the like the toughest part of FND right now?

    @Redemption , that rollercoaster of ups and downs that you've described there sounds draining, and it can imagine its tough being sort of emotionally tossed and thrown all day in these different directions. What do you feel might be causing these extra mood-shifts lately? You mentioned adjusting to the new routine of your work, and it's so valid that this is feeling difficult as you adjust and find ways to fit your shifts into your life and usual schedule. It can feel disruptive sometimes while you're trying to find a 'new normal'

    I totally get that about feeling like you're meant to be nocturnal, I often feel that way as well. I'm so tired during the day but at night I feel so inspired and like I could get lots of work done. If I were nocturnal, it would be nice to be a fox, though being a hedgehog would be pretty good too.

    @Sian321 thank you, its that like we agreed on , the new routine, adjusting to that but just fear like of everything falling apart again and getting dismissed from this would feel like its done, sacked from the most simple job

    I fear the worst happening like now I get scared am I going to get sacked, im having issues with the clocking in system and I blame myself and previous setbacks hit me, I remember I was out of work and i did a forklift course and its coming up to 2 years ago now and keep going on about it but it haunts me, I remember it so well the week especially the day I got sent home, I went was on my course, lunch time instructor gave me extra training, then said turn the vehicle off and I knew what he was going to say, kind of wanted it at that point and he just said its not for me, im a nice guy but im just not getting it but he doesn't want me upset so I got out of the warehouse back to classroom got my stuff together, put a mug they gave in my bag, took my stuff, packed them in my bag, instructor told the other forklift trainees he's letting me go and 1 said basically I tried my best, I agreed and I went to my car sat there in the car park had my lunch, drove home and I think it was just settled in, I was crying in bed weeks later and since then I was stuck in the job search. I fear of it all going back to that but hit worse as its a simple job and every setback mounted up, being fearful and broken as it is. I can't go through it again.

    Tics. Seizures. Pain. Exhaustion. My brain going crazy sometimes.

    Aww that's amazing, I didn't know there were pug x shih tsu dogs :heart: my family got a puppy a couple months ago, though I don't have any photos - her name's honey and she's very sweet :heart:
