Some of these meats may not seem like Christmas ones but that doesn`t matter. What matters more is that you enjoy the food and time with your loved ones.

    The Chicken that I had for dinner was delicious. And the cats enjoyed the leftovers.

    I did a really nice turkey for dinner. There is still so much left though which is kind of surprising in my family. Going to use the leftovers to make a stew at somepoint during the week.

    The turkey we had yesterday was super tasty. I believe with the leftovers we got enough to make sandwiches and also fry up. We normally do a fry up on boxing day where we cool all the ve, potatoes, stuffing, turkey etc with garlic butter. It's so nice.
