peer pressure help
My friends pressure me into stuff I dont really want to do theyre are like "itll help your anxiety" and saying Im too innocent. I feel uncool because my friendships are basically like I just follow people around and do what they want cause I dont want to be alone.
I havent found friends who respect my feelings, my friends trick me about my feelings for example I said my heart is beating way too fast because Im nervous and they said No that means youre excited.
How can I say No in a way that doesnt make me the loser? is it ok to say no to something even if it annoys everyone else so its fairer to say yes?

Learning to say no is really hard, you could always start by just explaning that whatever they are pressuring you to do isn't really your thing and you'd more enjoy doing something else, they might even enjoy doing whatever that other thing could be, how does that sound? but try and remember that you don't owe anyone a long explanation or apology for this.
We're here to listen and would be really interested in how this goes for you, feel free to share if you are comforable.
