Im just worked up a bit with everything, just getting asked to do courses I got phoned to this confidence course which helps you with applications or get into volunteering which I never want to go, then unnecessary football events, then Christmas coming up Im hoping we don’t have to do this fake happy family Christmas get together shit, done it every year its just crowded, loud and overwhelming. Im sorry if I seem ungrateful though.
Im here just looking at myself, there's millionaires, famous people, people buying nice cars, then there's me, ive just been here getting pressured to go to some awards evening for some weekly 5 a side group, where did I go wrong
@Redemption I hear you, and you don't seem ungrateful at all, honestly. It's understandable to feel frustrated with the way things are - your feelings are perfectly valid. I know that sometimes it may not be as simple as not going, but nobody has the right to pressure you into anything. I hope that doesn't sound too preachy or anything, I guess what I'm trying to say is that you deserve to do things that feel fulfilling and that make you happy.
I know comparison can be really tough, and it's easy to compare yourself to others when you maybe feel stuck or dissatisfied. But I want to remind you that everyone has times where they feel the same way, no matter the circumstances, and I truly believe you'll get where you want to be, both with the job search and everything else. We're here for you <3
