As for the therapy side of it - maybe it is worth discussing this feeling of being stuck and not making progress with your therapist to see how they respond to it. Sometimes talking out how you feel you are progressing with them and areas that you are still struggling with can help unlock new avenues of support for you and your therapist to go down. Or if you feel comfortable or was in a position to do so, a different therapist may be able to help overcome the issue, as the approaches taken can vary. It can often be trial and error with these things. Although I recognise this option can often be a challenging one to take.
Equally, if you feel therapy isn't for you anymore, that is okay too. But you don't deserve to have the continuing feeling of being depressed and lonely either.
Sending you the biggest of hugs.
I noticed that you mentioned there about that thought of 'I should kill myself' and I really hear how painful the lack of response felt, and the loneliness you're coping with right now. Can I ask, are you feeling able to keep yourself safe at the moment?
