@DonnerKebab im sorry you've already helped me so much I didnt mean to discount that just had a bit of an argument with my parents and had a panic attack and was just super frustrated that support chat wasnt on but oh well. Im fine now we sorted it out.
Edit: I guess bc ive always had to deal with everything myself i never really felt safe enough to talk abt everything it gets to a point where it starts to feel really lonely and everything feels a bit pointless and like well if I want here no one would rly notice.

@Cutelivejazz don't worry about that. You deserve to have somewhere to be able to talk about this sort of stuff and i fully get it when you are in need of help and there isn't anybody paying attention or listening. It can great incredibly frustrating. I got a little annoyed when it got cancelled to, but there's always boards, and tomorrows chat. And i really do know what you mean about when you've been dealing with everything by yourself for so long, and you've gotten hurt previous times you've opened up. It feels safer to bottle everything up, and that of course leads to isolation and those feelings eventually pop up after a while of that.

The argument with your parents and the panic attack after sounds extremely stressful. Do you want to talk a little bit more about it?

@Redemption that just shows your eagerness to go the extra mile (literally speaking) for job opportunities. Practically, it might be difficult, but they might just be able to help you out with some of the fuel costs to make it financially worth it. Speak to you work coach if you can about that.

@Redemption still surviving day by day. One of these days, it'll be worth it. Every storm passes, even ones that last for several decades like the one over me has.

@Redemption loneliness is painful. I won't sit here and repeat the usual bog standard advice that one day you'll find the right one for you, because whilst it's true, that's no consolation right now for the loneliness. What i will say is hold on tight to this community, and any others you're a part of as sort of a shield against the loneliness. it won't stop the feeling entirely, but it'll help. Also, try and seek out different social clubs or communities where there an array of different people which might help combat loneliness too. It's about holding on, until that time comes redemption, where you find the one for you.

On a positive note, I went drive through and im more confident now than when I started off, maybe not 100 percent but find it easier, I used to struggle to the point I'd miss out on food due it. Pretty small steps but it's great to recognise these. Hopefully chats are on tonight too.
