Hello folks,

Here is this week's schedule which outlines all the different support activities we've got on this week. We'll aim to post these schedules every Monday.

Disclaimer: These are also subject to change based on mod and supervisor availability. If we make any changes, this post will be updated ASAP.

Note: To access our chats please head here, and to access our threads they happen right here on the boards!

Monday: Afternoon General Chat (3:00pm-4.30pm) and JD-Support Chat (8pm-9:30pm)
Tuesday: Support Circle and Support Chat (8pm-9:30pm)
Wednesday: General Chat and Support Chat (8pm-9:30pm)
Thursday: GCSE Results Day Support Chat (3pm-4:30pm), Support Chat and General Chat (8pm-9:30pm)
Friday: Afternoon General Chat (1.30pm-3.00pm)
Saturday: Topic Support Thread - Coping with Depression (3.30pm-5.00pm)
Sunday: Sessions unfortunately cancelled due to staff capacity

    I will love to join Probally tonight one as I am pretty axcious about tommrow as I have my enrolment at college so it will take my mind of it

    Yes please do feel free to come along to this evening's Support Chat if you can @Princesslouise02 ! I hope your enrolment goes well tomorrow and these nerves are so normal. You're not alone in how you're feeling and we're there to support you!

    Also a little note that I have edited your post to take out the name of the college just to ensure we're practicing online safety. Hope that's okay!

    If you're around at 3pm-4:30pm today @Princesslouise02 we're also running a General Chat which could help distract you from your nerves a little! What do you think?

    That's what i normally access... and like Monday is bank holiday so nothing in Sunday feels hard

    Hey @Invisible_me unfortunately we won't be able to run the Support Thread this Sunday due to staff capacity and leave but the boards will be here if you want to reach out for support from your fellow peers.

    You can also text "THEMIX" to 85258 for some 1:1 support that is confidential and open 24/7.

    We should also be running the usual General Chat on Bank Holiday Monday (25th) 3pm-4:30pm if you would like to come to that for some distractions.

    Apologies folks - I appreciate this change in schedule might feel frustrating but our other support chats and threads should be going ahead this week if you'd like to come along to those.

    Hey folks,

    It's looking like we'll be closing General Chat this evening as we've had a mod cancellation.

    We've done a call out to the mods so we'll let you know if we manage to organise mod cover.
