I hear you, and it really does sound so exhausting - all that uncertainty, and not knowing what the future may hold. It sounds like it's been impacting your wellbeing a lot, and it's getting to the point now where you're struggling to hold onto hope.
I know you've mentioned a few times about how your relationships with your co-workers negatively affects you. It sounds really all-consuming at times. I wonder if anything has happened lately to re-trigger these feelings about them?
Thinking about today and this evening, I wonder if there's anything you could do too to help keep yourself safe practically? What are some activities or grounding techniques you might be able to use to support yourself, or to take a step away from your co-workers as needed?

It really does sound so hard having to work in a space that makes you feel that way. And I really hear just how badly you want things to change and how you've been searching for alternative work.
